- Roasted Summer Root Vegetable Salad, Lemon Houmous & Pomegranate. Roasted beets, butternut squash, rainbow carrots, bell pepper, rose onion, courgette, on a bed of lemon houmous, pomegranate and drizzled in a balsamic glaze
- Green Garden Leaf salad. Charred broccoli florets, griddled asparagus, artichoke hearts, popped rice, dusted with wild flowers and dressed in our house vinaigrette
- Crispy Crushed Fries with garlic, rosemary, sea salt flakes

- Seasonal Fruit Tart. A crisp buttery pastry shell filled with smooth vanilla crème pâtissière, topped with a vibrant selection of fresh seasonal fruits and a delicate fruit glaze.
