  • Caprese Salad, Ripe vine tomatoes layered with creamy mozzarella, fresh basil leaves and finished with extra virgin olive oil and a light balsamic glaze.   

Main Course

  • Argentinean “Dovecote Park” Beef Asado. A traditional Argentinian grill featuring Dovecote Sirloin Beef,  slow-cooked over open flames and embers, seasoned simply with sea salt and served with classic accompaniments including chimichurri and fresh lemon.

  • Roasted Summer Root Vegetable Salad, Lemon Houmous & Pomegranate. Roasted beets, butternut squash, rainbow carrots, bell pepper, rose onion, courgette, on a bed of lemon houmous, pomegranate and drizzled in a balsamic glaze
  • Green Garden Leaf salad. Charred broccoli florets, griddled asparagus, artichoke hearts, popped rice, dusted with wild flowers and dressed in our house vinaigrette
  • Crispy Crushed Fries with garlic, rosemary, sea salt flakes

Dessert

  • Seasonal Fruit Tart. A crisp buttery pastry shell filled with smooth vanilla crème pâtissière, topped with a vibrant selection of fresh seasonal fruits and a delicate fruit glaze.
  • and Classic Chocolate Brownie. Rich, fudgy chocolate brownie made with dark chocolate, finished with a soft centre and crisp edges.
